PARENTS MEETING FOLLOW - UP
Thank you to all who attended the meeting. Our fundraising depends on parent attendance and we appreciate it! For those of you who did not attend we need and are counting on your involvement at the golf tournament and other events supporting the program. We all have alot going on and we realize that help comes in many ways. Our goal for this years golf tournament is to raise $10,000. Actions speak louder than words so here is how you can get involved to help make the golf tournament a success:
HOLE SPONSORS (FIND SPONSORS OR SPONSOR A HOLE)
RAFFLE PRIZES (GIFT CERTIFICATES, GIFT BASKETS, SPORTS TICKETS, GOLF PRIZES, ETC..)
GOLFERS (FOURSOMES AND INDIVIDUAL)
VOLUNTEERS
In order to maintain two JV teams and the quality icetime our hockey program has had in the past it is imperative for all parents to get involved. Without parent involvement the program will struggle to raise the appropriate funds and budget cuts will be nesseccary. Please pass the word along to familiar hockey faces. If you are an incoming freshman parent and have not received emails please click contact Marshfield Hockey above the Hit Counter below so we can add you to the email distribution list.
We cannot stress enough the importance of parent involvement and hope the rest of the Friends of MHS Hockey events and meetings are better attended.
ATTENTION SENIOR HOCKEY PLAYERS Class of 2009

The criteria for the award includes preparing an essay that describes the lesson that the player has learned by playing on the team, it also includes being an active member in the fund-raising, participation in the community service projects, and being a team player. Please keep the requirements in mind as the year rolls along and the fund-raising events and community service projects are announced. The specific criteria and deadline for the essay will be available at a later date.TRIVIA CHALLENGE
Trivia will resume in November with a different format. Participants are asked to email their trivia questions to Stump the Ram and the MHS Hockey community will try to answer. Any trivia question that is not correctly answered after one week, the presenting person will receive a prize and be acknowledged on the Stump the Ram WALL OF FAME.
